Grilled Chicken Breasts With Orange Honey Sauce

Heartburn-Friendly Recipe
By Tracy Ma

This chicken sounds light and fruity – and it is. The Sauce is almost invisible. It’s pale in color, and its subtle flavors are simply delicious. Even without the orange, this chicken is extremely tasty.

Chicken:

8 boneless and skinless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Kosher salt to taste
Sweet or mild paprika, to taste
Fresh minced parsley, garnish Read the rest of this entry »
